Who we are

Felix founded Zeff Consulting in 2007. Felix brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Zeff Consulting team, having successfully led numerous high-profile projects across various industries including Aerospace & Defence, Civil Service, Transportation, Cyber-Security and Energy. His expertise in project management methodologies, combined with a deep understanding of business accounting and IT service management, ensures that every project is handled with the utmost precision and strategic foresight.

His previous employers include Asahi Europe, Inchcape plc, Bupa, Penguin Random House, Glencore, EDF Energy and the Cabinet Office. 

Starting in March 2025, Felix is transferring to Diageo.

His ability to navigate complex project landscapes and drive successful outcomes makes him an invaluable asset to our team and to the clients we serve.

Felix is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute until 2027. He is also certified with: Prince2 Practioner, Managing Successful Programmes, ITILv3, CIMA Business Account and P30. He holds a BA in History from King's College London.
